At the moment, we primarily ship within the United States, United Kingdom and Canada.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can track your package anytime using the link provided.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.


🚫 Incorrect Address Submissions

If the shipping address entered at checkout is incorrect:

We are not responsible for delays or lost packages.

We cannot redirect packages once they are shipped.

Please double-check your address before completing your order.


📦 Lost, Delayed, or Stuck Shipments

If your package is delayed or stuck in transit past our delivery window, we will assist in investigating with the carrier.

If the package is confirmed lost, a free replacement or refund will be issued.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 30 days with photos/videos and we will send a replacement or refund.
