2. Incorrect Item Received
If the wrong color, style, or product arrives, we will resend the correct item for free or refund you.
3. Order Not Delivered
You are eligible for a refund if:
The tracking shows no movement for a long time
The order exceeds the delivery time window
The package is officially declared lost by the shipping provider

Change of mind
Ordered the wrong color/variant
Not needed anymore
Incorrect address provided by the customer
